1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 1111k, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('the Player') and 1111k ('the Platform'). By creating an account, accessing any part of the 1111k website, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 1111k platform.

1111k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 1111k, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on 1111k.

• You may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts ('multi-accounting') is a violation and will result in immediate suspension.

1111k reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC process. Failure to provide these documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

1111k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via several payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh. Players are encouraged to review current limits in their account portal as these may change from time to time.

Supported Payment Methods

We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International cards including Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote monetary amounts.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to KYC verification status and the specific payment method used. 1111k shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 1111k account.

Currency and Conversion

All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 1111k does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are solely your responsibility.

4. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

1111k may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. The following general bonus conditions apply across all 1111k promotions:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus offers cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Standard rollover is stated per promotion.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active forfeits the original bonus and any associated winnings.
• 1111k reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is detected.

5. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 1111k platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 1111k or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreation. The following uses are explicitly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or transmitting any part of the 1111k platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform.

They supersede all prior representations, warranties, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the subject matter herein. 1111k's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
